Still neck to neck, yet if we were to vote today, the EPP would be reconfirmed as the first party of the European Parliament, with 216 seats. S&D would get 205 seats instead. This was shown in the last poll on the European Elections realised by PollWatch. According to the latest data, the EPP would not only lead the elections, it would also increase its share: compared with the latest poll (April 30), it obtained 28.8 percent of preferences (from 28.4 percent); S&D, instead, decreased to 27.3 percent (from 27.7 percent). Then the liberals with ALDE, third place with 8.4 percent of preferences. Then Gue at 6.5 percent and Greens at 5.5 percent. As of today, ECR conservatives and EFD eurosceptics would both obtain 5.2 percent of preferences.
